  4. Enhance governance principles, policies, and procedures across subject entities.
  5. Develop and implement an effective Financial Control System (Framework) aligned with industry best practices.
  6. Establish a reliable reporting system on key performance indicators.
  7. Identify and report potential risks, non-compliance, and financial irregularities.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
  3. Proven experience in auditing and financial governance.
  4. Minimum 6 years of experience in a local bank and/or audit service firm.
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Emaratis are preferred.
