Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a business owner to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction on Alibaba Cloud.
  • Engage with IT Directors and C-Level executives to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Advocate for customer requirements within Alibaba Cloud.
  • Represent Alibaba Cloud well within customer environments.
  • Help define IT and business processes that work well with cloud deployments.
  • Work closely with the Alibaba Cloud Architect team to make recommendations on how Alibaba Cloud offerings can fit into customer architectures and improve IT efficiency.
  • Leverage knowledge of customer environments to assist TAM and service teams in better serving customers.
  • Drive issue escalation with Alibaba Cloud Service teams.
  • Periodic reviews of operational performance to customer leadership for Key Accounts.
  • Drive increased cloud consumption while adding value to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within key accounts while uncovering customer challenges and new initiatives.
  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders throughout complex engagements.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Over 7 years' experience in an enterprise customer-facing role as a business lead.
  • Understanding of Cloud and Hybrid Cloud technology and solutions.
  • High degree of comfort when presenting to both large and small audiences.
  • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies highly desired.
