Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Swimming Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aquatic center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance, customer service, and facility management.


Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ensure the pool facility is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all users of the facility.
  • Manage facility maintenance, including repairs and upkeep.


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Certificate of Secondary School education.
  • Have a Pool Life Guard certificate (American Red Cross or equivalent).
  • Hold First Aid and CPR Certificates (desirable).
  • Have a Training Diploma in Fitness Activities and Recreation.
  • Have at least 0-1 year experience in a similar role.


Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
