Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, components, and equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory records using inventory management software, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Stock Coordination: Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Preparation and Packing: Prepare and pack materials for dispatch, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation to meet company standards.
  • Stock Counts and Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
