Job Overview:

  • Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Verify accuracy in medication dispensing, including controlled medications and insurance prescriptions.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast future trends to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain high store standards through merchandising, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Enhance existing customer relationships and expand the customer base.
  • Organize special promotions, displays, and events to increase store traffic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licenses from DHA/MOH/DOH are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered pharmacist or Store Manager in UAE.
  • Strong English or Arabic communication skills are essential.
