Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in the GCC region.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
  2. Manage and motivate store personnel to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  3. Monitor and control store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling
  4. Regularly audit store administration and resolve any issues
  5. Assist in carrying out annual stock counts and spot checks
  6. Handle customer complaints and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner
  7. Track and evaluate brand sales performance, research market trends and competitor trading activities
  8. Analyze sales reports and provide insights to maximize stock potential
  9. Maintain window and in-store displays to a high standard
  10. Oversee and monitor inventory management in the store
  11. Ensure accurate stock merchandise and management within the store
