  • Supervise Assistant Residential Hall Coordinators and Resident Assistants (RAs) to maintain a positive community living environment.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote student leadership development, community engagement, and social responsibility.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide support services and resources for residents.
  • Manage crisis situations and incidents in accordance with university policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular hall meetings and floor program activities to foster resident engagement and community building.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in residence life or student affairs, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
