  • STAY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE OVERALL REAL-ESTATE MARKET (PRICING, TERMS & CONDITIONS, LOCATIONS, COMPETITORS, BUSINESS NORMS, ETC.)
  • DEVELOP A CUSTOMER DATABASE FOR POTENTIAL SELLERS AND BUYERS AND COORDINATE THE LISTINGS OF NEW PROPERTIES THAT CAN BE ADDED TO THE SALES AVAILABILITY LIST
  • REPORT TO THE LINE MANAGER ANY ISSUES OR CONCERNS THAT MIGHT NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE COMPANY
  • UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ALL COMPANY INSTRUCTIONS, MEMOS, AND HANDOUTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, AND DIRECTIVES
