Administrative Coordinator for Abu Dhabi Projects

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our Project Management team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
About the Role:
- Assist in weekly, monthly, and yearly reconciliations for SZHP, DOF & FTA business.
- Support PMC with cases registration, upload documents, and update the master sheet.
- Manage payment registrations, follow up on invoicing, review invoice descriptions, manage departmental emails, prepare reports, and contact clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Care: Provide exceptional customer service and care to internal and external stakeholders.
- Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures: Analyze and document business processes to develop solutions that enhance efficiencies.
- PMC Support: Assist in progress payments, valuation, invoices, FTA cases registration, project file registration, SZHP, DOF & FTA reconciliations, and business monthly reports.
- Risk Monitoring: Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of the respective development advisory department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's University Degree.
- Good communication skills.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs.
