About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified corporate secretary to join our team. As a senior corporate governance specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing company secretarial matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Duties
  • Lead company secretarial efforts for entities across EMEA, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on corporate governance developments and take necessary steps to maintain compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics for quarterly board meetings, committee meetings, and scheduling conferencing as needed.
  • Support with routine corporate secretary tasks, including formations, dissolutions, drafting board resolutions, consents, and certificates.
  • Foster collaboration between internal departments and external professional firms.
  • Work closely with the finance team on bank account opening in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company secretarial and statutory records.
  • Manage attestation work in the UAE and support license applications in various jurisdictions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
