Key Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in either Spanish, French, or Russian.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer service-oriented mindset.
