Key Responsibilities

  1. Compliance and Regulatory Support

Provide legal support to our Fintech operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards across the MENA region, including those specific to financial services and technology sectors.

Legal Assessments and Research

Agreement Review and Drafting

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution and additional qualifications such as an LLM or relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum two years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualifications

Familiarity with laws and regulations across the MENA Region, particularly those related to financial services, technology, and data protection. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to practical situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in legal documentation and analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
