Pressure Control Systems Trainee: Grow with Us
Baker Hughes is looking for a talented individual to join our Early Career Program as a Pressure Control Systems Trainee. In this six-to-twelve-month program, you will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills while working with our Service Delivery Organization in the Surface Pressure Control (SPC) Services Organization. You will gain comprehensive knowledge on Surface Pressure Control equipment operation and maintenance, including planned and unplanned outages, field services, repairs, and parts. You will also experience business financial knowledge on Sales, Margin, and Cash.
Your key responsibilities will include participating in HSE Induction to familiarize yourself with Baker Hughes Safety Standards, visiting well sites to monitor and watch execution phases, participating in basic Field work, and gaining hands-on experience on certified high-performing machines. Additionally, you will rotate between different business functions to have a full understanding of the business process (Sales, Sourcing, Quality, Project Management, Service Delivery, Manufacturing).
To be successful in this role, you must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial/petroleum engineering or equivalent within 24 months of graduation. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 is required, along with fluency in written and spoken English and effective communication skills. You must also be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge. Lastly, you must be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions.
