Job Overview:

This trainee position is designed for individuals eager to develop a well-rounded understanding of both business management and HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting key operational processes, contribute to the execution of strategic business objectives, and be exposed to a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support COO in Business Operations: Assist in the daily management and oversight of business operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the COO and internal teams facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives.
  3. HR Operational Support: Assist with HR operations tasks including employee data management HR system updates and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Alignment of Business & HR Objectives: Coordinate between the HR team and other departments to ensure alignment between HR activities and broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to learn about business operations HR functions and organizational management.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Abilities: With an aptitude for collaborating effectively within a team.
  • High Attention to Detail: With strong time management and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Industry: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Understanding of Crypto Industry: Understanding of the crypto industry and centralized exchanges is a strong advantage.
