Your Role
- Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Utilize dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for dark store operations. Analyze data using SQL and other tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and optimize operations.
- SOP Implementation Across Markets: Lead the rollout and implementation of SOPs across multiple markets, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. Train and support local teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operational excellence.
- Network Design & Planning: Develop and optimize the physical and operational network of dark stores to ensure scalability and efficiency. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze geographic, demographic, and operational data to identify optimal store locations.
- Product Operations & Experimentation: Own the product operations pipeline, including configurations for new launches, experiments, and system updates. Work closely with the product, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of new initiatives.
