About Us:
Eathos was founded in 2014 with the vision of serving exceptional food that makes us the absolute franchisee partners to launch, develop, and revitalize successful dining concepts. We operate in two countries, UAE and KSA, with over 41 branches across both regions. Our services have expanded beyond Brick and Mortars to include Cloud Kitchens and Virtual Brands.

Responsibilities:
- Expertly prepare a variety of Thai dishes using traditional wok cooking techniques
- Handle food ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating, to ensure high-quality dishes
- Adhere to recipe cards and guidelines while preparing dishes to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Minimize food wastage through careful portion control and effective communication with the kitchen manager and team
- Keep the wok station clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
- Ensure thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices to minimize the risk of foodborne illnesses

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wok Chef or relevant culinary expertise in Thai cuisine
- Proficient in wok cooking, including stir-frying, frying, and sautéing
- Familiarity with food safety principles and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment managing multiple orders
