At Talabat, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Kitchen Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our partner brands in the Delivery Hero Kitchens region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all front-end onboarding activities for partner brands in the Delivery Hero Kitchens region.
- Coordinate with the Partner to ensure timely equipment installation and go-live dates.
- Offboard brands from kitchens as per offboarding guidelines.
- Act as a single point of contact between Kitchen Operations and Kitchen Sales teams for effective communication.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Sales team to find replacement equipment in case of delays.
- Own and update the Partner Onboarding Master Sheet.
- Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on vacant stalls, churn, and new partners going live.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to initiate brand onboarding.
- Obtain documentary requirements from partner brands for onboarding and trading.
- Ensure commercial accuracy and coordinate with the Kitchen Sales Team and Account Management.
- Monitor the progress of submissions to Salesforce and rectify deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external support teams for menu configuration and logistics.
- Test orders and bring brands live in the absence of the Onboarding Associate.
- Keep records of signed contracts and maintain Excel sheets on brand onboarding progress.
- Update kitchen dashboards for newly onboarded brands.
- Prepare weekly onboarding updates and share with the team.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Arabic speaker.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in admin-related works.
- Customer service skills.
- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Flexible working hours.
