We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at CHALHOUB Group. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing in-store displays and presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement In-Store Displays: Create high-quality in-store visual merchandising presentations that align with seasonal event calendars and brand guidelines.
  • Build Strong Relationships with Store Staff: Foster strong relationships with store staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration on display maintenance and updates.
  • Measure and Report Sales Impact: Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising action plans and provide weekly reports to the VM team, including photographs, comments, and sales impact measurements.
  • Follow Brand Guidelines: Adhere to and implement brand seasonal visual merchandising guidelines to maintain consistency across all stores.
  • Attend Training Events: Participate in brand training events and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Support Internal Events: Collaborate with the events team to manage internal brand events and ensure seamless execution.
  • Install Window and In-Store Animations: Design and install window and in-store animations, events, and campaigns in line with the global marketing and event calendars.
  • Resolve Snags and Fixes: Identify and resolve any snags or fixes needed in-store, working closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review Merchandising Plans: Review and analyze merchandising plans linked to product launches to ensure effective execution.
  • Prepare Window Displays: Design and prepare window displays that meet brand guidelines and drive sales.
  • Communicate Merchandising Guidelines: Clearly communicate merchandising guidelines to store staff and ensure effective installation and maintenance of displays.
  • Ensure Merchandising Levels: Ensure that merchandising levels in-store meet brand guidelines and standards.
  • Maximize Shelf Visibility: Implement strategies to maximize shelf visibility and drive sales.
  • Report Performance: Provide regular reports to the back-office VM team on the performance of ranges and categories.
  • Implement New Store Concepts: Develop and implement new store concepts as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Define Shelf Merchandising: Define and implement effective shelf merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Communicate Out-of-Stock Situations: Communicate with the back-office VM team on out-of-stock situations to ensure timely resolution.
