Job Title: Marketing and Visual Merchandising Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Marketing or Visual Merchandising, preferably in luxury goods or retail.

Salary: 4,000 - 5,000 KWD (AED)

Mandatory:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must.
  • Driving license is mandatory.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in executing campaigns and assist in creating visually appealing displays that align with the brand's identity. This role requires a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury goods and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to design and implement attractive and effective product displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Ensure that all visual merchandising displays are consistent with the brand's aesthetic and meet the company's standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and visual displays, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, product launches, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the luxury market.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal store layouts and window displays, ensuring timely and impactful rollouts.
  • Assist in purchasing the required visual merchandising materials for events, activations, campaigns, and store appearance.
  • Maintain an organized list of inventory and visual merchandising materials.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising appearance of the company's presence at partner locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.
  • Strong creative and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong passion and interest in design, interiors, textures, and mood boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing and merchandising decisions.
  • A passion for luxury products and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Driving license is mandatory.
