Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bell Attendant to join our Front Office team at Accor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
    • Assist guests with their luggage and belongings, storing them safely and securely.
    • Deliver messages, mail, and parcels to guests and hotel departments as required.
  • Room Management
    • Be aware of room set-ups and inform guests accordingly.
    • Check rooms and cars for forgotten items and respect Lost & Found procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace.
  • Communication
    • Use the telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.
    • Read and update logbooks, ensuring a proper handover between shifts.
  • Teamwork
    • Assist drivers, valet parking, and doormen in their daily activities.
    • Manage guest complaints in a professional manner, resolving them to the guest's satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Flexibility
    • Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub-sections of the Front Office Department.
  • Communication
    • Be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.
