Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing VIP guest experiences, coordinating with departments, and ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-arrival checks to guarantee a smooth arrival experience.
  • Monitor VIP facilities and perform last-minute inspections of suites to ensure they are in excellent condition.
  • Oversee VIP guest experiences, coordinate with departments, and manage billing to ensure a seamless stay.
  • Conduct VIP courtesy visits or calls before departure and personally meet guests to gather feedback on their stay.
  • Update guest reservations with collected information and recognize repeat and important guests to provide a personalized experience.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience leading a Guest Relations team in a luxury resort. You should be fluent in English and Russian languages, possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
