**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin and Sales Support professional. This role is critical in providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  2. Contact clients to obtain missing information or respond to queries.
  3. Develop monthly sales reports.
  4. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  5. Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails.
  6. Schedule appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
  7. Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records.
  8. Track the sales team's communication with customers.
  9. Prepare and file sales contracts and agreements.
  10. Liaise with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
  11. Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  12. Research potential sales leads.
  13. Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  14. Maintain inventory in coordination with warehouse staff and reporting.
  15. Procure and finalize new orders to maintain inventory stock.
  16. Engage with technical topics to learn more about our products.
  17. Support the team and management during exhibitions and travel as required.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (preferably in water treatment, engineering, or related industries).
  2. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
