Job Title: Administrative Professional - Logistics Coordinator

Healthdeck Drug Store LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to manage shipment clearance, stock verification, and delivery of shipments to hospitals. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating with shipping agents and customs for timely clearance of shipments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely and efficient transportation of deliveries to hospitals, communicate with hospital representatives to confirm delivery schedules and requirements, and coordinate with shipping agents and customs for timely clearance of shipments.

  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage and handling of products, adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.

  • Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry, and support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook): Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with hospital representatives, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Willingness to work collaboratively with the logistics team and independently on tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry or Logistics: Previous experience in logistics or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Import Regulations and Documentation: Understanding of import regulations and documentation procedures.
