Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Water Engineer to lead our team in designing and delivering drainage projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wet utilities and experience in hydraulic and hydrology studies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a small team to design and deliver drainage projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and implement wet utilities networks, considering hydraulic and hydrological factors.
  3. Conduct hydraulic design and hydrology desktop studies to inform project decisions.
  4. Perform flood plain analysis and flood protection measures to ensure public safety.
  5. Design and develop storm water networks, considering sustainability and value engineering principles.
  6. Prepare comprehensive reports on wet utilities network design and hydraulic modeling.
  7. Review and calibrate hydraulic models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  8. Develop and implement workflows and design automation tools to improve efficiency.
  9. Create engaging presentations for clients and stakeholders, highlighting project benefits and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Wet Utilities) and at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Professional Engineer registration may be required.
Desired Skills
  • Technical expertise in wet utilities modeling and smart solution design.
  • Experience in team management and design management.
