Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive workforce strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs, performance management systems, and recognition initiatives.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of personnel data, including job descriptions, qualifications, and performance evaluations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and external partners, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
* Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
