Job Summary
Gulf Air is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Dubai. As a key member of our lounge operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional standards of customer service to all VVIP, VIP, and CIP traveling on Gulf Air.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet and greet passengers upon arrival and departure, and provide them with the proper amenities, including luggage handling, immigration formalities, transportation arrangements, hotel accommodation, and special requests.
- Liaise and communicate closely with catering teams, cargo, airport managers, area managers, and public relations officers of each station in relation to onboard VIPs.
- Assist the lounge supervisor in selecting and negotiating for the supply of catering, magazines, newspapers, and other amenities for Gulf Air passengers using VIP lounges, considering factors such as routing languages and nationality of passengers.
- Assist the lounge supervisor in responding to customer complaints, following up on improvement strategies, and implementing changes in relation to cabin crew reports, customer relations department, and passenger feedback.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with Gulf Air traffic/sales, reservations department, handling agent staff, CAA authority, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of all passengers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, equivalent to a national diploma level.
- Computer literacy in DCS and Falcon System.
