Responsibilities
  1. To deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that the shower and spa facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  2. To work closely with the reservations system to personalize each customer's shower and spa experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably with an international hotel chain, airline or world-class service provider.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
