Main Responsibilities
  1. User Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, quick-reference sheets, and video tutorials tailored to different user groups.
  2. System Upgrades and Release Management: Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors and HCM updates, patches, and releases, assessing the impact of changes on the organization.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A Master's degree in fields like Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience: 3-5 Years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.

Tech Skills: SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Expertise, Data Management and Migration, System Integration, Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.
