We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement operations within our oil well chemical or oil and gas business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs, leveraging your expertise in procurement principles, contract management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
  2. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and ensure seamless communication.
  5. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve procurement processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or any chemical-related field.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the Oil well chemical or oil and gas industry (upstream or downstream).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and strategic sourcing methodologies; excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in data analysis and procurement software/tools.
