About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Banking or Financial Services organization. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing staff contracts, job confirmations, resignations, terminations etc.
  • Brief and orientate new staff on bank's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in human resource management or banking.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience ideally within a Banking or Financial Services organization.
  • Local UAE market knowledge would be preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
