Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Oversight:
    • Create comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timelines, resources, and key milestones.
    • Oversee all stages of project execution, ensuring compliance with established plans and timelines.
  2. Technical Guidance and Design Evaluation:
    • Offer technical support during the design phase to ensure that all designs meet both structural integrity and aesthetic criteria.
    • Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.
  3. Coordination and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the main point of contact between clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all parties to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Quality Assurance and Monitoring:
    • Establish quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in fabrication and installation.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly address any issues that arise.
  5. Financial Management:

  7. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain thorough and current project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
    • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
  8. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance on technical and project management challenges.


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project engineering, particularly within the facade, aluminium, and glazing fabrication sectors.
  • Skills: Proficient in project management software, CAD, and other relevant technical tools. Strong understanding of aluminium and glazing systems.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to perform under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Eligibility:
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in managing facade, aluminium, and glazing projects from design through to completion.
  • Location: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE or GCC region is essential.
