We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at Etihad Airways. As a key member of our Digital & eCommerce team, you will play a critical role in helping us answer high-value analytical problem statements across the organization.

Reporting to the Digital Analytics Manager and working under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Senior Manager, you will leverage your advanced analytical skills and expertise in digital analytics to analyze and visualize Etihad's digital and enterprise data resources.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze business requirements and identify or design solutions to complex problems.
  • Execute advanced, ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad's analytical toolkit to uncover new insights and root causes.
  • Summarize and visualize results, highlighting key findings for business stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive documentation repository of solutions, including methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, making recommendations to the wider team.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in advanced analytic and database tools, including Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-leading digital analytics capabilities and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, and database management, or Data Science models used in commercial/digital processes.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
