Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect goods and materials, checking for damage or discrepancies and reporting any issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Storage and Organization: Ensure that storage facilities are clean, organized, and secure, with clear labeling and easy access to all stored items.
  • Distribution and Dispatch: Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers and internal departments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process supplier invoices, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including purchasing, logistics, and operations teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Senior School qualification or equivalent.
