The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing footfall traffic, sales per square foot, and awareness of the luxury development, its tenants and attractions.
This position will drive technology innovation into various channels to improve the guest experience, whilst tracking emerging trends and managing digital projects and vendors to fully engage retail and entertainment, and embracing omni-channel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage junior support staff and provide guidance on digital marketing best practices.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality digital projects.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital marketing campaigns.
About the Successful Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent education.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years local market experience from the UAE.
- Previous management experience for at least 3 years, including strategic plan development, management of internal staff, and external vendors or agencies.
- Proven experience working with multiple retail and lifestyle brands in the public relations and social media marketing space.
- Local expert of the fashion world with an extensive network.
- Transformational, dynamic and passionate leader with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Resilient, innovative and driven marketeer who delivers demanding results.
- Excellent and fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) with translation skills a plus.
