Job Description

Job Title: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Star Services LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and TDRA requirements.
  2. Implement and establish cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the Telecommunications & Digital Regulations Authority (TDRA).
  3. Manage cloud systems and services to ensure their stability and continuous availability.
  4. Apply best security practices to ensure data and system protection.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory laws.
  6. Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Work closely with development, support, and other technical teams to ensure cloud solutions align with business requirements.
  8. Prepare necessary documentation for cloud infrastructure and related processes.
  9. Prepare periodic reports on system status, performance, and compliance.
  10. Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure work continuity.
  11. Prepare and update technical documentation for systems and procedures.
  12. Prepare periodic reports on performance, security, and usage.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
  • Understanding of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience in server management, including setup and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of storage systems and database technologies.
  • Experience in network security and information security, including firewalls, VPN, and antivirus.
  • Ability to discover, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
  • Willingness to keep up with technological changes and continuously update skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work within a team and collaborate with different teams to achieve project goals.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in an office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the team and collaborate with different teams to achieve project goals.
