The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing detailed estimates of project costs, including labor and material requirements.
  • Working closely with the Estimating Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all tender bids are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Updating construction cost databases, tracking project expenses, and monitoring contracts to ensure that they are aligned with project objectives.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
