Main Responsibilities:
Prospect Engagement: Establish and maintain effective communication with prospective students to understand their educational objectives, interests, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential students, leveraging various channels and resources to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth analysis of prospective students' educational goals, interests, and challenges to recommend suitable program options and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with ASTI Academy's educational programs, curriculum offerings, admission requirements, and value propositions to effectively communicate key selling points and benefits to prospective students.
Application Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application process, ensuring timely completion and successful enrollment.
Objection Handling: Address and resolve concerns and objections raised by prospective students regarding program offerings, admissions criteria, tuition costs, financial aid options, and career outcomes.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, effective lead management, and conversion strategies.
Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, provide additional information, answer questions, and facilitate enrollment decisions.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective students to encourage referrals and repeat business.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students, application statuses, and enrollment outcomes in CRM or sales management systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with admissions team members, academic departments, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training, professional development, and feedback mechanisms to enhance sales effectiveness and performance.
