The Job in a Nutshell

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist in UAE to provide our clients with the smoothest experience. This person will handle accounts, support onboarding, and work closely with tech-driven F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Onboard clients smoothly and ensure successful go-live with Foodics.">
  3. Provide product know-how and training to clients as needed.">
  4. Educate clients on company activities and initiatives.">
  5. Act as the client advocate and consultant throughout their journey.">
  6. Maintain agreed 'quarterly' activities to increase system usage and dependency.">
  7. Escalate issues to direct management when necessary.">
  8. Assist the Finance department with renewals and outstanding balances.">
  9. Keep customer details up-to-date on our CRM.">
  10. Report potential churn cases to management for resolution.">

Requirements

">

We seek a holder of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information System, or Computer Science. Knowledge in Cloud POS / ERP systems is preferred.
