The Operations Coordinator is a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. The primary objective of this position is to coordinate and manage various administrative tasks, procurement activities, and documentation requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and releasing regular reports, managing departmental trackers, and maintaining accurate documentation for projects, assets, and reports.
- Overseeing the procurement process through SAP, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Participating in operations meetings, preparing communication materials, and assisting in the development of internal communications.
- Handling PR/LPOs, supporting events, and resolving administrative issues by analyzing data and identifying solutions.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. A proven ability to work under pressure and as a team player is essential. FM/operations background and proficiency in Excel are also required.
