- Behavior Management: Recognize and manage challenging behaviors of patients and caregivers, providing support and resources as needed to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, including regular updates and communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Data Management: Organize and manage patient information, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer to relevant internal staff and external providers.
- Information Collection and Analysis: Receive and collate information from new, existing, and transfer patients, conducting regular checks to ensure quality and consistency of data.
- Risk Monitoring: Liaise with other providers to ensure patients at risk are monitored adequately, taking proactive steps to prevent adverse outcomes.
- Reporting and Quality Assurance: Generate reports for population health management, conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage minutes of internal meetings as needed, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Preventive Screening Follow-up: Follow up and track preventive screening results to ensure timely and complete follow-up, adhering to specifications and care pathways.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent certificate in Health-related fields (e.g., Health Care Administration, Public Health, Health Education), Social Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience at a healthcare provider (e.g., hospital, outpatient clinic) or with a healthcare professional.
- Administrative Skills: Experience in administrative duties and use of databases, with proficiency in common word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and email tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
