About the Job
The Administrative Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office in Albania, Europe.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance and creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Distribute mail to employees in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ensure that visitors receive a warm welcome when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.
- Undertake additional administrative office tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must be under the age of 30.
- Must possess strong communication skills in English.
- Must identify as Female.
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience working as a receptionist.
- Must be willing and able to work in Albania, Europe.
