  • **Briefing and Support:** Brief the company's directors for board meetings and key decisions, and prepare supporting materials as needed.
  • **Joint Venture Management:** Oversee or conduct analysis on joint ventures, prepare materials for internal approvals, and manage review and alignment processes.
  • **Resource Access:** Assist joint ventures in accessing resources and services, such as skills, data, tools, best practices, and relationships, within the company.
  • **Information Management:** Monitor, manage, or coordinate information requests, audits, site visits, and communications between the company and joint ventures.
  • **Interface Management:** Understand all interfaces, such as services and support agreements, between the company and joint ventures, and intervene where necessary to ensure value creation and maintain support.
  • **Performance Reporting:** Manage ongoing operational and financial performance reporting, including internal metrics/tracking and investor-level reporting.
  • **Strategy Development:** Help develop the company's strategy and business plan for joint ventures.
  • **Influencing Plan:** Develop and drive the implementation of a coordinated influencing plan in line with the company's approved strategy and business plan.
  • **Performance Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement or synergy capture, develop associated business cases, and negotiate with joint ventures/partners to adopt.
  • **Risk Management:** Develop and annually update joint ventures risk registries, including separate company and joint venture risks.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of joint venture management and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop business cases.
  • Experience in managing joint ventures and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of company strategies and business plans.
