XAD Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger cum Driver to join our Mobile Network Project team in the Telecommunications industry. As a Rigger cum Driver, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mobile network infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that requires physical strength, technical knowledge, and driving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate company vehicles and machinery to transport equipment and materials to work sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
  2. Rig and de-rig mobile network equipment, including antennas, towers, and cables, adhering to project specifications and safety guidelines.
  3. Install and align antennas and other equipment according to project requirements, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks on mobile network infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  5. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or connectivity issues, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  6. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and in potentially hazardous environments, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others.

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  2. Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with experience operating various vehicles and machinery.
  3. Proven experience as a Rigger cum Driver in the Telecommunications industry, with in-depth knowledge of mobile network infrastructure and equipment.
  4. Proficiency in rigging techniques and safety procedures, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  6. Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  7. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers and project managers to achieve project goals.
  8. Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to changing project requirements, with a willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
  9. Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, with a strong foundation in technical principles and concepts.
