Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Hoxton Wealth. As a Partnered Paraplanner, you will work closely with one of our top advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the advisor to create and implement customized financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the advisor in making informed investment decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients.
  • Assist in the development and training of junior paraplanners and support staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paraplanner, preferably in a wealth management or financial planning firm.
  • Working knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum level 4 qualified.
