Job Overview:

We areseeking a Partnered Paraplanner to join our team and work closelywith one of our top advisors who already has a substantial amountof assets under management (AUM). This is a fantastic opportunityfor a motivated and experienced paraplanner to partner with asuccessful advisor and take their career to the nextlevel.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the advisor to develop and implement comprehensivefinancial plans for clients including investment strategiesretirement planning tax planning and estate planning

Conduct thorough research and analysis to support theadvisor in making informed investment decisions

Prepare and maintain client reports presentations and othermaterials as needed

Communicate with clients togather necessary information and ensure a high level of service andsatisfaction

Stay uptodate on industry trendsregulations and best practices to provide relevant and accurateadvice to clients

Assist in the development andtraining of junior paraplanners and support staff

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting or a related field

Minimumof 3 years of experience as a paraplanner preferably in a wealthmanagement or financial planning firm

Workingknowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonalskills

Ability to work independently and aspart of a team

Minimum level 4 qualified
