About the Role

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior/Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development with a focus on creating scalable high-performance web applications.

  5. Develop and maintain SQL database schemas and write efficient queries.
  6. Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.

  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

About You

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in full-stack development.
  3. Proficient in React, NextJs, Python, and NodeJs.
  4. Strong understanding of API design, security best practices, and JWT.
  5. Experience with SQL database design and optimization.
  6. Proficient in using Docker for containerization.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience working in a startup environment.
  2. Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  3. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure.
