Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to support our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing our strategic direction for Markets.
  • Providing leadership for Markets with input into authorisation and supervision functions.
  • Key operational responsibilities include:
    • Licencing and supervising Recognised Investment Exchanges, Recognised Clearing Houses, MTFs and OTFs, Remote Bodies and Remote Members.
    • Keeping up to date and advising the Director on changes to regulations and policy that impact Markets functions.
    • Supporting the Director in terms of oversight of changes to policies and regulations within the team.
    • Building and managing relationships with senior markets-industry stakeholders.
    • Liaising with the ADGM Business Development team in identifying target entities and participating in early participant engagement.
    • Delivering additional tasks or carrying out any duties delegated from the Director.
  • Supporting the Director in continuously improving Markets practices.
  • Engaging with ADGM, regional and international market participants and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Possess strong leadership skills and experience in marketing operations.
  • Have a deep understanding of market infrastructure and virtual assets.
  • Be able to build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders.
