The Role

We are seeking a Digital L&D Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing capability development initiatives that drive business outcomes and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative digital learning practices, employee development, and the ability to create practical solutions for business units engaging learning experiences using technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to business needs.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
  • Facilitation & Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Design & Implement Integrated Technology Plan: Develop a user-friendly, scalable, and best practice technology plan that supports learning initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Develop training resources, materials, manuals, and interactive learning tools.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking and reporting on training completion rates and effectiveness.
  • Performance Support: Work closely with managers to implement in-house training programs and business solutions.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.
  • Compliance & Soft Skills Training: Ensure compliance training is up-to-date and facilitate leadership employee development programs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Organize in-house events and team-building activities.
  • Support Transformation and change management through continuous improvement, innovation & automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Technical Certifications relevant to the role of Trainer/Facilitator accreditation being highly advantageous.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a training or L&D role.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and its implementation in learning module creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in e-learning development and delivery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred.
