  • Coordinación con Agencias: Coordinación diaria con agencias externas de relaciones públicas, redes sociales y compra de medios, asegurando entregables de alta calidad.
  • Medición de Desempeño: Apoyar al Director de Marketing de F&B en la evaluación del impacto y el ROI de las campañas clave de restaurantes a través de informes mensuales.
  • Gestión de Crisis: Asistir a la oficina corporativa en el manejo de problemas relacionados con los restaurantes para salvaguardar la reputación de los restaurantes y la marca en los medios y canales sociales.
  • Estrategia en Redes Sociales: Apoyar las estrategias de contenido en plataformas de redes sociales, amplificando el contenido mediático alojado en los canales sociales.
  • Desarrollo del Equipo: Capacitar y orientar al ejecutivo de marketing a nivel de propiedad para mejorar sus habilidades y apoyar las actividades de marketing de F&B.
  • Gestión de Presupuestos: Administrar presupuestos y realizar análisis de ROI para todas las campañas de restaurantes, asegurando una utilización óptima de los recursos.
