Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Manage visitors using the beach facilities and overall Sea Breeze assets as a delegate of Dubai Holding Entertainment.
Key Objectives:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a warm welcome.
- Maintain the cleanliness and quality of rentals and assets, adhering to DHE standards.
- Address guest complaints promptly and escalate to management as necessary to maintain a positive reputation.
- Issue bills with accurate information to all users of Sea Breeze Beach facilities.
- Collect payments from guests and provide receipts for all services rendered.
- Report any misuse of facilities by customers to the supervisor in charge.
- Collaborate with the management team and Finance department in conducting inventory counts to produce accurate reports.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display re-filling as required by management.
- Maintain the upkeep of sunbeds, umbrellas, and other assets.
- Keep guests informed about available services and activities at the beach.
- E nsure an adequate supply of towels is always available for guests.
- Verify that all guests have paid for rental furniture.
- Guarantee that stations are open and ready for use during outlet operating hours.
- Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
- Comply with departmental policies, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment to deliver excellent results.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required, and 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Necessary Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Superior customer service skills
